About Us:

We are developing a platform that consolidates data from various databases worldwide to uncover cross-border company ownership structures. Complex company ownership structures are used to facilitate fraud, corruption, money laundering, illicit trade and sanctions evasion. Such networks are global but data needed to identify them are dispersed between different registries in different countries. This is a problem with a huge global impact. Some of the most vulnerable regions and people in the world are suffering the most because we can't stop illicit flows of money and goods.
